Liverpool welcome West Bromwich Albion to Anfield on Wednesday for their latest Premier League clash and the Reds will be hoping to get another big three points on the board.

Jurgen Klopp’s side showed what they can do with their recent 5-1 victory against Brighton and Hove Albion, however they were frustrated by a resilient Everton side last time out drawing 1-1 in the Merseyside derby despite having the chances to put the game to bed.

Liverpool are currently fourth in the table with 30 points from 16 matches and they will be quietly confident of making more ground up on the two teams directly above them over the Christmas and New Year period.

In contrast, West Brom are 17th, outside the relegation zone only on goal-difference, making this clash a must-win for Alan Pardew’s side.

In early team news, Liverpool cannot call on Alberto Moreno, Nathaniel Clyne or Adam Lallana, while Joel Matip is unlikely to feature and Daniel Sturridge is rated at 50 per cent to be fit if called upon.

With all that in mind here is how we expect Liverpool to line up against West Brom on Wednesday evening:
