Here is how we predict Liverpool will line up against Sevilla on Wednesday evening:

Liverpool welcome Sevilla to Anfield on Wednesday evening for their first Champions League group match of the season.
The Reds made relatively light work of their qualifier to ensure they reached the elite stage of a competition they have great memories of, and it will be interesting to see how Jurgen Klopp’s side fare in a group that also contains Spartak Moscow and Maribor.

Liverpool should have more than enough to finish in the top two but stranger things have happened, and they will not be taking any of the matches for granted despite their free-flowing attacking style.
The problem for Liverpool is – as it has been for far too long – their defence and Klopp will have watched on in horror as Manchester City tore them apart last weekend, ultimately winning 5-0.
This is a new game and Liverpool have the squad to cause Sevilla all sorts of problems later this week, especially with the Anfield crowd behind them.
In early team news Liverpool cannot call on Nathaniel Clyne or Adam Lallana, while Danny Ings and Philippe Coutinho are minor doubts.
Sadio Mane – who faces a three-match domestic suspension following his red card at the weekend – is able to play in this fixture.
With all that in mind here is how we expect Liverpool to line up against the La Liga side on Wednesday:
