Here is how we predict Liverpool will line up against Maribor this week:

Liverpool welcome Maribor to Anfield on Wednesday evening for their latest Champions League group clash, and the Reds will be hoping to record another comfortable victory having run out 7-0 winners in the reverse fixture earlier this month.

That result means Liverpool are currently top of Group E with five points from their first three matches, but with only four points separating top from bottom, there is still all to play for.

Liverpool will expect to win this game comfortably and, assuming they do, they should then have to win just one of their remaining matches against Spartak Moscow and Sevilla to secure safe passage into the knockout rounds.

In early team news, Liverpool are without Nathaniel Clyne, Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana while Philippe Coutinho is unlikely to start due to a groin injury.

While Liverpool can make changes for this one and still win with relative ease, they will be taking nothing for granted, knowing that three points here are vital to give them the best chance of qualification.
