In-form West Ham United take a trip to the seaside on Friday night when they travel to take on Brighton and Hove Albion.
What a difference a few weeks has made for West Ham United.
After appointing Manuel Pellegrini in the summer and backing him with £100 million of new signings Hammers supporters were excited about the future.
But four straight Premier League defeats soon dampened that enthusiasm.
Pellegrini was made second favourite for the sack and a tough fixture list looked ominous.
In true West Ham style, though, the East Londoners turned things around with a surprise 3-1 win at bogey side Everton followed by a superb 0-0 draw against Chelsea, an 8-0 cup win over Macclesfield and a 3-1 victory over Manchester United.
They say never change a winning team.
Pellegrini could be forced to make a change to his side for the trip to Brighton, though.
Chris Hughton’s side have not won since their own memorable victory over the Red Devils back in August.
A win for the Hammers could propel them above Manchester United and into 10th place in the Premier League.
But Pellegrini may have to make do without Andriy Yarmolenko.
The in-form forward has been building up to full fitness during matches after a short pre-season.
He was withdrawn during the Manchester United win with a slight injury and is a doubt for Brighton.
Hammers fans will be hoping he can be passed fit to play but if not Michail Antonio will be most likely to come into the side in his stead.
Robert Snodgrass will be pressing him hard but Antonio’s pace and power will see him get the nod in his preferred position.
