Here is how we predict Leeds United will line up against Derby County this week:

Leeds United welcome Derby County to Elland Road on Tuesday evening for their latest Championship fixture, and the Whites will be hoping to get back to winning ways after losing to Sheffield United last time out.

Thomas Christiansen’s side looked to be back to their best when they defeated Bristol City 3-0 earlier this month, but an EFL Cup defeat against Leicester City was followed by a below-par performance against the Blades and problems clearly remain at Elland Road.

Leeds’ defence has come in for criticism this season, as have the performances of some of their attacking players – namely Ezgjan Alioski, Pierre-Michel Lasogga and Pablo Hernandez – and Christiansen needs to get them playing well on a consistent basis if he is to secure a long overdue promotion in May.

Leeds are just a point ahead of Derby as things stand and whoever wins this will pick up a huge three points, meaning that the Whites have to perform as their fans know they can.

It would be no surprise to see Pontus Jansson return to the starting line-up while his Leeds teammate Stuart Dallas deserves a start in place of the misfiring Alioski.

With all that in mind here is how we expect Leeds to line up against the Rams later this week:
