Leeds United and Hull City go head-to-head this weekend.

Leeds manager Thomas Christiansen looks on during the Sky Bet Championship match between Cardiff City and Leeds United at Cardiff City Stadium on September 26, 2017 in Cardiff, Wales.

Leeds United welcome Hull City to Elland Road on Saturday for their last Championship match before Christmas and the Whites will be hoping to end on a high.

Thomas Christiansen’s side are currently seventh in the league with 36 points from 22 matches and they will be hoping to enjoy their Christmas celebrations knowing they have moved back into the play-off places.

Samu Saiz of Leeds United(C) celebrates his sides second goal with team mates during the Sky Bet Championship match between Bristol City and Leeds United at Ashton Gate on October 21, 2017...

That will also depend on other matches but, given Hull’s struggles this season, Leeds will be quietly confident of securing another big three points.

Leeds won 1-0 against Norwich City last time out and they could start the majority of the players who secured a victory against the Canaries.

It could be argued that Samu Saiz needs a rest, but the trick is in ensuring the starting XI is not significantly weakened in the process.

With a victory so important for confidence heading into the festive fixtures it would be no surprise to see the Spaniard start once more, with Pablo Hernandez again having to make do with a place on the bench.

With all that in mind here is how we expect Leeds to line-up against Hull on Saturday afternoon:
