Everton and Newcastle United go head-to-head this week.

Everton travel to St. James’ Park this week to take on Newcastle United in their latest Premier League clash, and Toffees boss Sam Allardyce will be keen to get another three points on the board.
Everton have been in resurgent form since their new manager was announced, going on a run that has seen them move from relegation candidates to a top-half side who could move even higher in 2018.

There is still a lot of work to do, and neither Everton’s players nor their new boss will be getting ahead of themselves, yet it certainly looks a lot brighter than a few short weeks ago.
While Everton are 10th, Newcastle are in free-fall, slipping to 16th in the table, just two points outside the drop zone and with no sign of an allusive win.

In early team news, Everton are without Leighton Baines, Seamus Coleman, Ramiro Funes Mori, Yannick Bolasie, Ross Barkley and James McCarthy.
As for Newcastle, they cannot call on Paul Dummett but have an otherwise clean bill of health.
With all that in mind, here is how we predict Everton will line up against the Magpies later this week:
