Everton and Manchester United go head-to-head next week.

Everton welcome Manchester United to Goodison Park on Monday for their first Premier League game of 2018.
The Toffees saw their undefeated streak under Sam Allardyce come to an end last time out, as they lost 2-1 away to Bournemouth, but they have an early chance to get back to winning ways when they face a United side that has drawn three on the bounce.

Jose Mourinho’s side looked poor against Southampton on Saturday evening, to such an extent that Everton will be quietly confident of getting all three points if they play to their full potential.
Everton forward Wayne Rooney will be desperate to kick off this clash and it will be interesting to see if he can get on the score sheet against his former side.
In early team news, Everton are without Leighton Baines, Seamus Coleman, Ramiro Funes Mori and Ross Barkley, while Romelu Lukaku is unlikely to start for United against a side for whom he excelled.
With all that in mind, here is how we expect Everton to line up on Monday, with a win for the Toffees potentially taking them into the top eight.
