Brendan Rodgers will have a number of decisions to make after Celtic’s scrappy win over Partick Thistle.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers arrives at the stadium prior to the Scottish Premier League match between Celtic and Ranger at Celtic Park on December 30, 2017 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers needs to be ruthless with his underperforming first-team stars when it comes to picking his line-up to face Neil Lennon’s Hibernian on Saturday afternoon.

The Hoops were disappointing on Tuesday night as they edged past Partick Thistle thanks to goals from Leigh Griffiths and a Scott Sinclair penalty, despite going into the half-time break 1-0 down.

Connor Salmon had given Partick the lead after Mikael Lustig was adjudged to have fouled Miles Story, tucking past Craig Gordon with east. But a Sinclair penalty and deft finish from Griffiths earned all three points in the second half.

Odsonne Edouard of Celtic celebrates with Mikael Lustig after he scores his third goal to complete a hat-trick during the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership match between Celtic and Motherwell...

A number of Celtic players were well below their normal standard of performance as the Bhoys ran the risk of losing a second league game under Rodgers since the Northern Irishman took over at the start of the 2016-17 season.

In what will be a tough test against former manager Lennon and his Hibernian side on Saturday, Celtic will need to be at their best to see off the challenge of Hibs and that should convince Rodgers to make two changes.

Leigh Griffiths of Celtic is seen during a training session at Lennoxtown on December 29, 2017 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Jonny Hayes, Marvin Compper, Anthony Ralston, Paddy Roberts and Stuart Armstrong are expected to miss out once again due to injury, but Rodgers should recall 28-year-old Cristian Gamboa and forward Griffiths.

PSG loanee Odsonne Edouard struggled to impress against Partick and Griffiths impressive cameo role should see him start, while 31-year-old Lustig’s disappointing performance saw him hauled off the field of play at half-time.

This is how we think Celtic will line-up against Hibernian on Saturday…
