Ibrox outfit Glasgow Rangers and Mark Warburton, now at Nottingham Forest, parted company in February.
Mark Warburton at Rangers
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has told BT Sport that Rangers had an identity of playing under manager Mark Warburton.
Warburton was appointed the Rangers manager in the summer of 2015, and the Englishman guided the Gers to promotion to the Scottish Premiership at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
The Glasgow giants were head and shoulders above the rest of the teams in the Scottish Championship in 2015-16, but the Ibrox outfit have struggled to make a huge impact upon their promotion to the Scottish top flight.

Rangers are nowhere near Old Firm rivals and champions Celtic, and look set to finish third in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Warburton and Rangers parted company in February, with the Gers subsequently appointing Pedro Caixinha as the manager and the Englishman taking charge of Nottingham Forest in the Championship in England.
Celtic boss Rodgers has praised Warburton for the work he did at Rangers, claiming that the team played with an identity when he was at Ibrox.
“Make no bones about it – they made a good progression under Mark,” Rodgers told BT Sport about Rangers.
“They won their championship, got to the final of the Scottish Cup. They had a way of playing. They had an identity of playing and that got them promoted.”
