West Ham United won against Middlesbrough in the Premier League at the weekend without Dimitri Payet.
West Ham United won yet another Premier League game without Dimitri Payet. The Hammers got the better of Middlesbrough 3-1 away from home at the Riverside Stadium at the weekend.
It was the second successive match that West Ham have played and won without Payet in the team. On January 14, Slaven Bilic’s side defeated London rivals Crystal Palace 3-0 at the London Stadium in the Premier League.

The France international attacking midfielder is out of the team at the moment after refusing to play for the Hammers. Manager Slaven Bilic told The Sun earlier this month that Payet has stated that he wants to leave in the January transfer window.
Trevor Sinclair was pleased to see the London club win against Middlesbrough away from home on Saturday afternoon. The former West Ham winger has mockingly suggested that Payet should be given credit for the newfound togetherness of the team.
The former England international has also praised West Ham for not selling Payet on the cheap. According to Sky Sports, the Hammers value the 29-year-old at £30 million and have turned down an offer of around £22.5m from French club Marseille.
