Tottenham are reportedly looking to raid Ajax once again.

Tottenham Hotspur may be about to receive a big transfer boost as Ajax are reportedly closing in on the signing of Boca Juniors centre-back Lisando Magallan.
De Telegraaf claim the Dutch giants are set to complete a £7.5million move to land the 24-year-old defender, who is yet to win his first cap with the Argentina national team despite impressing with Boca this season.
With Ajax bringing in a new central defender, surely that paves the way for Daniel Levy and Tottenham to complete a move to sign Ajax’s teenage sensation Matthijs de Ligt this summer.

De Ligt, 18, is one of Europe’s most exciting up-and-coming talents, after already wearing the armband for Ajax and playing in a Europa League final at the age of 17 – coincidentally against United.
He also has five Netherlands caps to his name already, and nabbing his signature would certainly give Spurs a defender with the quality of a player already more than capable of playing in the Premier League – and he will only get better.

He would be the fifth former Ajax player to join Spurs’ squad in recent years, with the likes of Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez, Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen all turning out for the Dutch giants before Spurs.
A transfer for de Ligt, then, seems to becoming more and more likely with Ajax signing a replacement in Magallan.
