Tottenham have been linked to Cengiz Under.
Tottenham Hotspur have been given a potential boost in their pursuit of Cengiz Under after Istanbul Basaksehir’s technical director said they would be open to a sale at the right price.
Spurs were linked with a £7.8 million swoop for Under by Turkish outlet Ajansspor at the end of last month although no deal is currently in place.

Basaksehir’s technical director Abdullah Avci has clarified that no bids are in, although they could not rule out his departure.
He told Turkey’s NTV Spor: “There is no official offer for Cengiz, but we know he is being watched very much.
“It would be useful to keep him for another year but if there is a bid and he wants to go, we will look at it.”

Under has shot to prominence over the past year by establishing himself in Basaksehir’s first team and helping the unfancied side secure second place in Turkey’s Super Lig.
A teammate of Emmanuel Adebayor, Under scored nine goals and provided five assists, and is already a senior Turkey international.
Tottenham may be better suited to a more proven winger at this point, with moves for Clinton N’Jie and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou flopping, but Under is an exciting talent, who is rightly drawing attention.
