Everton and Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing the PSV Eindhoven winger.
Everton’s task of signing alleged transfer target Hirving Lozano might have just got a little bit harder, with a report from Italian media outlet Tutto Mercato Web claiming that Manchester United have entered the race for the Mexican’s signature.
The Toffees are keen on bringing the PSV Eindhoven winger to Goodison Park, according to a report from the Liverpool Echo, with director of football Marcel Brands thought to be a big fan of the 22-year-old.
Lozano took the Eredivisie by storm last season, chalking up 19 goals and 11 assists in 34 appearances in all competitions for PSV, and he will surely just keep getting better.

The pacey winger impressed for Mexico during the World Cup in Russia this summer, and his stock within the game is currently at an all-time high.
He would undoubtedly be a superb signing for Everton, but the Blues’ task of bringing him to Merseyside appear to have been dealt a potential blow.
According to Italian media outlet Tutto Mercato Web, Manchester United are preparing a €40 million (£35.4 million) bid for Lozano ‘in the coming days’.
One key advantage that Everton might have over United, however, is the fact that they would be able to offer Lozano regular first-team action – something that Jose Mourinho certainly wouldn’t be able to guarantee the Mexican.
One thing is for sure, though, the Toffees will not have things all their own way in the race to sign the PSV ace.
