Sofiane Boufal has reportedly fallen out with Southampton manager Mark Hughes so could Claude Puel target a reunion at Leicester?

The future of Sofiane Boufal as a Southampton player has been cast into serious doubt following reports from the Sun that the attacker has had a bust-up with manager Mark Hughes.
Boufal is reportedly being made to train on his own after refusing to warm up during the 3-2 Premier League defeat to Chelsea on April 14.

Since then, the 24-year-old has not been included in either of the match day squads for the 0-0 draw with Leicester City and 2-0 FA Cup semi-final loss to the Blues.
Hughes cited illness as the reason for this, but Boufal appeared to contradict the Saints boss by posting a picture on Instagram of him out enjoying the sunshine.

What next?
The Morocco international has not been the success at St Mary’s that many hoped when he became the club’s then record signing upon joining from Lille for £16m in the summer of 2016.
Signed by current Foxes chief Claude Puel, the Frenchman is said to still be “an admirer” of the forward according to The Sun, and even if the Hampshire outfit don’t get relegated this season then perhaps Leicester will make a move for Boufal.
