HITC Sport understands Sheffield United starlet Parkhouse agrees new deal.

Highly-rated Sheffield United youngster David Parkhouse has agreed a new long-term deal at Bramall Lane, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Parkhouse is highly-regarded at Sheffield United with the Yorkshire club beating the likes of Celtic and Birmingham City to sign him from Northern Ireland in December 2014 at the age of 15.
The 18-year-old has progressed through the relevant age groups at United and is regarded as one of the most exciting prospects to come through the club in recent years.

Parkhouse has been a prolific goalscorer for United’s Under-18s side and has featured for the club’s Under-23s.
Parkhouse has caught the eye for club and country over the last 12 months and both United and Northern Ireland have high hopes for the player in the future.

The powerful forward scored on his Northern Ireland Under-21 debut against Estonia last year at the age of 17 and his progress has not gone unnoticed among clubs higher up in the football pyramid.
Manchester United have been credited with an interest in Parkhouse, but Sheffield United have moved to fend off the growing interest in the forward by tying him down to a deal until 2020 at Bramall Lane.
