HITC Sport understands Reading and Rotherham are eyeing Blackpool defender Donervon Daniels.

Championship duo Reading and Rotherham are lining up January moves for Blackpool defender Donervon Daniels, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Reading are looking to bolster their defensive options in this month’s transfer window with Tyler Blackett close to leaving for Championship rivals Wigan Athletic and Daniels is on their wanted list.
The Royals are second from bottom of the Championship and new boss Jose Gomes is desperate to strengthen his squad as he looks to lead them away from trouble at the wrong end of the table.
Fellow strugglers Rotherham are also keen to add to their squad having seen their options stretched by a series of injuries.
Daniels is in the final six months of his contract at Blackpool after joining on a one-year deal in the summer from Wigan.

The 25-year-old has made 17 appearances for Blackpool in all competitions so far this season and he has impressed at Bloomfield Road.
Blackpool are bracing themselves for offers for Daniels in this month’s transfer window with his suitors hoping they can land him for a bargain fee due to his contract situation.
