HITC Sport understands Fulham and Burnley are tracking Chelsea prospect Clarke-Salter.

Fulham and Burnley, as well as German duo Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen, are keeping tabs on Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter after impressing on loan at Vitesse Arnhem, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Centre-back Clarke-Salter has caught the eye at Vitesse so far this season after joining the Dutch club on loan earlier this summer.
The 21-year-old has made 12 appearances in all competitions for Vitesse and his performances have seen him named in the Eredivisie Team of the Week on several occasions already this season.
Scouts from Premier League duo Fulham and Burnley and Bundesliga giants Dortmund and Leverkusen watched Clarke-Salter in action during last weekend’s clash with Feyenoord, and the defender again shone despite his side’s 3-1 defeat.
Clarke-Salter joined Vitesse initially on a season-long loan deal, but Chelsea are understood to have a re-call option for January in the loan deal.

England Under-21 international Clarke-Salter is highly regarded at Chelsea after coming through the ranks at Stamford Bridge.
Clarke-Salter made his first-team debut last season in the League Cup, before spending the second half of last season on loan with Sunderland in the Championship where he made 13 appearances.
Chelsea are keen for Clarke-Salter to be playing on a regular basis so he can continue his development and Fulham, Burnley, Dortmund and Leverkusen are all weighing up moves for the defender either on loan or on a permanent basis when the transfer window reopens in January.
