HITC Sport understands Rangers have second bid for Norwich star rejected.
Graham Dorrans of Norwich City celebrates scoring for Norwich
Norwich have rejected second bid from Rangers for midfielder Graham Dorrans, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Rangers have made Dorrans one of their top targets this summer as Pedro Caixinha looks to add him to his new-look squad for next season.
However, after their initial offer rejected Rangers came back with a second improved bid which again has been turned down by Norwich.

Sources have told HITC Sport that the two clubs are a million miles away from agreeing a fee for the Scotland international.
Rangers are refusing to give up on their pursuit of the 30-year-old, but they could face competition for his signature with several Championship sides keeping tabs on his situation at Carrow Road.
Dorrans joined Norwich initially on loan in February 2015 before making the move permanent that summer and he still has two years to run on his contract at Carrow Road.
Norwich are willing to sell Dorrans, but only at the right price and it remains to be seen if Rangers will come back with a third offer for the former West Bromwich Albion man.
