HITC Sport understands a number of clubs are tracking Wigan defender.

A host of Championship and League One clubs are monitoring Donervon Daniels’ contract situation at Wigan Athletic, HITC Sport understands.
Daniels is out of contract at Wigan this summer and a number of clubs are weighing up moves to sign the powerful defender on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old enjoyed the first half of this season on loan at Rochdale, as he looked to regain match sharpness after missing the majority of last season due to injury.

Daniels impressed for Rochdale, making 18 appearances in all competitions for Keith Hill’s side, before being recalled by Wigan on transfer deadline day to help the club maintain their push for promotion back to the Championship.
The former England under-20 international’s appearances for Rochdale alerted a number of clubs and his suitors are actively keeping tabs on his situation at Wigan.
Daniels, who joined Wigan on a free transfer from West Bromwich Albion in 2015, played a key role in helping the club win the League One title during his first season at the club, but the centre-back missed most of last term in the Championship with a knee injury.
With Daniels now back to full fitness, the defender is sure to have no shortage of offers come the end of the season if he runs down his contract at the DW Stadium.
