HITC Sport understands former Plymouth goalkeeper is a target for a number of English and Scottish clubs.
Former Plymouth Argyle goalkeeper Luke McCormick is speaking to a number of clubs about a move after leaving Home Park.
McCormick left Plymouth earlier this month after seeing out his contract with the League One club.
McCormick made 347 appearances for the Pilgrims during his time at the club, winning Plymouth’s Player of the Year in 2014/15 and took over the captain’s armband after the departure of Curtis Nelson on 2016.
The 34-year-old endured an injury-hit season this term, making just 10 appearances because of ankle and shoulder injuries.
McCormick returned to training before the end of the season and he is fit and ready to go and embark on a new challenge after 15 years at Plymouth during two spells at the club.
McCormick’s agent, Clive Hart, confirmed he is speaking to a number of clubs about a possible move and that they are weighing up their options before making a decision on where to continue his career.
“I have been contacted by several clubs to ask about Luke’s situation and we are both just going through them right now,” Hart told HITC Sport.
“Luke was unlucky with injuries this season, but he is now back to full fitness and he still feels he has a lot to offer to a club out there.
“He is happy to go anywhere in the country or outside the country to play it all just depends on what he feels best suits him going forward.”
