Alex Iacovitti in action for Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest defender Alex Iacovitti is set to join National League side Guiseley on loan, HITC Sport understands.
Iacovitti has recently returned to the City Ground after spending the first half of the season out on loan at League Two Forest Green.
The Scotland Under-21 international was due to spend the whole season at Forest Green, but Forest decided to recall him early from his loan spell.
Iacovitti made 19 appearances during his spell at Forest Green, but he found himself on the bench for the last few weeks.
Iacovitti, who has come through the ranks at Forest, made his senior debut on the opening day of last season in a 4-3 win over Burton Albion before joining Mansfield Town on loan.

The 20-year-old made eight appearances for Mansfield, but a change of manager saw the Scotland youth international drop down the pecking order at Field Mill and his loan deal was short in December.
Forest feel Iacovitti would benefit by going out on loan again this month, as he is unlikely to get too many first-team opportunities at the City Ground.
Guiseley are desperate to bolster their squad as they currently sit second from bottom of the National League and are battling to avoid relegation.
Iacovitti is expected to go straight into their squad for this weekend’s match against Eastleigh.
