HITC Sport understands Doncaster are set to sign former Bradford striker Paul Taylor.

Doncaster Rovers are poised to sign former Bradford and Peterborough forward Paul Taylor on a free transfer, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
New Doncaster boss Grant McCann is a big fan of Taylor, having worked with him while he was in charge of Peterborough and he sees him as a key addition to his plans.
Taylor scored 20 goals and made over 100 appearances during two spells at Peterborough and McCann feels he can get the best out of him at Doncaster.
Taylor is a free agent after having his contract cancelled at Bradford at the back end of last season.
The 30-year-old scored six goals in 27 League One games for Bradford last season and Doncaster are ready to offer him the chance to remain in League One ahead of the new season.

Taylor has enjoyed a nomadic career having started his youth career at Everton as well as having spells at Liverpool and Manchester City as a youth player.
Taylor has also had spells with Ipswich, Rotherham and Blackburn, as well as stints in Belgium with Charleroi and Anderlecht.
Taylor will help bolster Doncaster’s firepower and he is the club’s second new forward addition this summer following the arrival of Mallik Wilks on loan from Leeds United.
