HITC Sport understands Derby County have agreed a deal for Norwich City striker.

Derby are closing in on the signing of Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome with the player due for a medical at the iPro Stadium, HITC Sport understands.
Rams boss Gary Rowett has targeted a move for Jerome as he looks to bolster his attacking options during this month’s transfer window.
Rowett sees Jerome’s experience and work-rate as making him a valuable addition to his squad, as Derby look to maintain their push for promotion to the Premier League this season.
Norwich are willing to let Jerome move on as he does not figure in Daniel Farke’s plans going forward at Carrow Road.

The 31-year-old has only scored two goals in 17 games this season, with his last appearance coming in the defeat at Leeds United in December.
Jerome has made over 100 appearances and scored 42 goals for the Canaries since signing from Stoke City in 2014.
Jerome’s expected arrival at Derby could speed up the departures of out of favour duo Chris Martin and Darren Bent before the close of the transfer window.
