HITC Sport understands Huddersfield midfielder Lewis O’Brien is set to join Bradford on loan.
Bradford City are poised to sign highly-rated Huddersfield Town midfielder Lewis O’Brien on loan, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
O’Brien has come through the ranks at Huddersfield and has been a regular in the club’s Under-23s side during the last 12 months.
The 19-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for Huddersfield, but was an unused substitute for the FA Cup game at Bolton last January.
O’Brien is highly-regarded within the corridors of power at the John Smith’s Stadium and he was rewarded for his progress with a new contract until 2021 in May.

The all-action midfielder has won Huddersfield Academy Player of the Year award twice and he is tipped for a bright future with the Terriers.
Huddersfield feel a loan move in search of regular first-team football is the next stage in O’Brien’s development before he can return to challenge for a spot in David Wagner’s side.
Bradford boss Michael Collins is keen to strengthen his squad before the close of the transfer window after an indifferent start to the season and he sees O’Brien as a valuable addition to his plans.
