According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Christian Eriksen is already having ‘serious doubts’ about his move to Inter Milan from Spurs in January.
The 28-year-old joined the San Siro club for £18 million after spending six-and-a-half years at Tottenham, but had only managed 120 minutes of league football under Antonio Conte before the hiatus.
Some will argue that he’s a legend on the white half of the North London divide, though many more Lilywhites fans will refuse to entertain that idea.
Last June, Eriksen publicly revealed his desire to quit Tottenham and when a summer move didn’t happen, continued to produce under-par performances during the first part of this season.
In truth, the Denmark international has been blowing hot and cold for well over a year and his inconsistency has undeniably harmed the team at times.
