A dream start to the season has turned sour for Leeds United.
The Whites have lost three straight league games and four of the last five.
They suffered their first home loss of the season at the weekend, beaten 1-0 by a struggling Reading side.
He even admitted that personally he feels he has not been up to scratch.
He wrote: “Last few weeks has been tough, things hasn’t gone in that way we all wanted and I personally have been sh*t.
“But we all want the same thing now, going back and win games and the only way to go is hard work, 100%! Stay together everyone and we will for sure come back!”
