Leeds United centre-back Pontus Jansson scored to set the Whites on their way to victory against Swansea City.
Jansson’s goal was followed up by Jack Harrison’s second, and Leeds held out for a 2-1 win.
The victory puts Leeds at the top of the table with 14 games remaining, leapfrogging Norwich City, who lost 3-1 to Preston North End.
Jansson sent a message out on Twitter after the victory.
The Sweden international praised the team spirit within the group.
Jansson has been a rock at the back for Leeds all season and he was terrific again last night.
His partnership with Liam Cooper is looking strong and this was his third goal of the season.
Leeds’ next game is at home to Bolton Wanderers on February 23.
