Leeds United defender seeks to clarify comments.

Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson has said he does not wish for his comments on manager Marcelo Bielsa to become a big issue.
Jansson was reported by Swedish outlet Fotboll Skanalen commenting on Bielsa’s intense training methods.
The Leeds defender had commented that while he hoped Bielsa would ease up because the players were tired, the Argentine manager had done the opposite.
He said: “We thought he would understand after a while that the league is a bit tougher and that you sometimes have to be a little smarter about how to train, but he has not changed anything, instead just driven on almost even harder. He has his philosophy and does not let it go.”

The comments are newsworthy due to Leeds losing four of their last six Championship games and Bielsa’s former side Marseille previously fading late in the season.
Jansson used Twitter to seek to clarify his comments.
Jansson has been a regular for Leeds this season after winning back his place following a late return from the World Cup.
The centre-back added that Bielsa’s training has been integral to Leeds winning games, with their fitness showing in the late stages of matches.
He did say though that the mood of the players is dictated by the results, as it would be at any club.
Jansson said: “When the clock ticked against 65, 70, they were dead regardless of who we met. We had power and energy left to decide.
“The training during the week becomes easier when you see that it gives results, but some matches have not been good. Then I think the biggest reason is that we have been worn and tired.”
Jansson insists that some of his comments should be taken light-heartedly, but some of what he says is valuable insight and analysis.
With Leeds losing games, fans are right to be worried about what he has to say.
