Leeds United defender suggests he worked very hard for the win.

Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson was clearly thrilled to beat former manager Garry Monk.
He delivered arguably his best performance of the season as Leeds beat Middlesbrough 2-1 at Elland Road, shaking off their recent poor form.
Jansson suggested it was a win Leeds worked hard for in the lead up to the fixture.
The Swede posted on Instagram after the win, writing: “The ones who train hardest, always win at the end.”
Jansson spent the international break with Sweden, as part of the squad which defeated Italy in the World Cup play-offs.
He did not feature, ensuring he remained fresh for Leeds’ fixture against Middlesbrough.
Leeds had lost seven of nine games coming into the match and Jansson’s form was beginning to come under scrutiny
The fan favourite has been below his best in recent weeks, but appears to have worked at putting it right and must now continue to do so.
