Jansson joined Leeds on a season-long loan deal from Italian club Torino in the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old defender has settled in well at Elland Road and has established himself as an important player in Garry Monk’s team.

The Sweden international centre-back has admitted that before his move to the West Yorkshire outfit, he had not watched a single Championship match.
Jansson made the revelation following Leeds’s 2-1 victory over Barnsley at Elland Road in the league on Saturday afternoon.
“Before I came here, I hadn’t seen a Championship game,” Jansson told BBC Radio Leeds. “I didn’t know what to expect.”

The win against Barnsley has maintained Leeds in the hunt for a top-six finish in the Championship this season.
The Whites are 11th in the league table at the moment with 16 points from 11 matches, just four points behind sixth-placed Birmingham City.
The West Yorkshire outfit will take on Derby County away from home at the iPro Stadium in the Championship after the international break.
