Leeds United central defender Pontus Jansson has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his former club Malmo FF being drawn against Chelsea in the Europa League Round of 32.

Swedish club Malmo will take on Premier League giants Chelsea in the round of 32 of the Europa League this season.

The first leg of the tie will be played in Sweden, with Stamford Bridge in London hosting the second leg a week later in February.

Chelsea have a much better team than Malmo and will head into the tie as clear favourites.

While the London club finished top of Group L, the Swedish outfit end up runners-up in Group I.

Jansson started his professional club football career at Malmo, and the Leeds star – who joined the Whites on a season-long loan deal from Torino in the summer of 2016 and made the move permanent in the summer of 2017 for a fee reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post to be worth £3.5 million – is delighted with the draw.
