Pontus Jansson was a colossus as Leeds United beat Blackburn Rovers at Elland Road on Saturday.

Pontus Jansson has taken to Twitter to joke that Leeds never stop running and send a message to the supporters following their stunning victory over Blackburn on Boxing Day.
Kemar Roofe scored twice in stoppage-time as Leeds came from 2-1 down in the 90th minute to win 3-2 against Tony Mowbray’s side at Elland Road.

It was somehow an even better comeback than the one at Aston Villa last weekend. It was certainly more dramatic, and the scenes that followed Roofe’s brilliant header for the winning goal will stay with all Leeds fans for a very long time.
Despite Roofe scoring the goal, it was Jansson’s incredible celebration that caught the eye of many as the Swede sprinted around the edge of the pitch at a speed that he probably only reached due to the euphoria inside Leeds’ stadium.

The centre-back played a key role in the victory. He was superb at the back, regularly driving out of defence with the ball at his feet, and he caused problems in stoppage-time as he went up front when Leeds went behind.
Fittingly, Jansson posted a GIF from Forrest Gump as he joked that Marcelo Bielsa’s side never stop running. The clip was very reminiscent of how the defender reacted to the winner. And he also sent a message to the fans ahead of this weekend’s clash with Hull.
