Leeds are reportedly in talks with Argentine manager Bielsa.

Pontus Jansson has told Swedish outlet FotbollSkanalen that he would learn a lot from manager Marcelo Bielsa, who is reportedly in talks with Leeds United.
BBC Sport claim Leeds are locked in negotiations with the former Argentina, Chile and Lazio manager over a move to Elland Road, which would see the Argentine replace Paul Heckingbottom in the dugout.
Bielsa’s last spell in the world of management came with French side Lille, where he took over in May 2017 but was fired just six months later.

However, he is a clear favourite to take over at Leeds with the bookies and Jansson reckons that he would expand his footballing knowledge under the guidance of Bielsa – and addressed his potential new manager’s tough reputation.
“No idea, I’m focusing on this and Bielsa, I’ll think about it when I get back there,” Jansson said, when asked about the potential appointment of the 62-year-old.
“The only thing I read and understood is that he is the godfather of Pep (Guardiola) and the new kind of football. If he does [join Leeds], I will certainly learn a lot of him. I also understand that he is a pretty tough coach, which I am used to.
“I had [Gian Piero] Ventura and [Sinisa] Mihajlovic in Italy. It will be good anyway.”

It is believed that Leeds chief Angus Kinnear was in South America of late to conduct talks between Leeds and Bielsa, who is considered the prime candidate to replace Paul Heckingbottom – according to the BBC.
