Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter just why Tottenham Hotspur are delaying the transfer of Harry Kane to Bayern Munich.
Earlier today, Romano claimed on Twitter that Harry Kane is on his way to Bayern Munich and will make the move from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
The Italian journalist claimed that the deal is as good as done.
However, there has now been a twist in the Kane transfer saga.
Harry Kane transfer twist
According to Sky Sports, Tottenham have told Kane not to travel to Munich for a medical.
Spurs are trying to change the terms of the deal with Bayern.

Romano has shared the information he has received regarding that issue.
The reporter has claimed that Tottenham are playing poker games and are “now asking to change some small conditions of the deal”.
Romano has noted that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is in the USA right now, so there is an issue with the time difference as well.
It will be interesting to see what happens now.
Kane clearly wants to move to Bayern, who seem desperate to bring the striker to the club.
However, Tottenham hold all the cards here.
Let’s say that Tottenham’s new demands are not met by Bayern.
Kane will stay at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Yes, the striker will then potentially leave on a free transfer next summer, but Tottenham will have retained the services of their best player and will have enhanced their chances of finishing in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
After all, Tottenham are a better team with Kane in it, and it is not going to be easy for Spurs to find a suitable replacement for the England international striker.
