Mercato365 report Under is among Lille’s transfer targets and they have submitted an offer matching Tottenham’s reported bid of nine million Euros (£7.8m).

After being tipped to join Spurs earlier this week, Under’s agent Omer Koray Uzun told Turkish-Football that there is no deal for him to leave just yet, although he expects an exit is a matter of time.
The 19-year-old winger plays for Istanbul Basaksehir, who are second in the Turkish Super Lig and are led in attack by former Spurs striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
French side Lille appointed maverick coach Marcelo Bielsa late last month on a two year deal.

Bielsa is well known to Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, who managed him during his playing career.
The Mail among other outlets report Pochettino views Bielsa as a mentor, and has taken aspects of his high intensity methods into his own coaching career.
The battle for Cengiz Under gives Bielsa a chance to show Pochettino he is still boss.
