Tottenham Hotspur attacker Christian Eriksen has just one year left on his contract.

Tottenham Hotspur have in recent days been linked with making a number of new signings.
But the first priority according to Spanish outlet El Confidencial is for Spurs to renew Christian Eriksen’s deal.
This came to light during a brief exchange between Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy and Real Madrid’s Florentino Perez at the weekend.
Levy made it clear Spurs do not intend to sell the attacker. Real have been left hoping that Eriksen will force a transfer instead.
The Spanish outlet claim Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has instructed Levy to make Eriksen the club’s first ‘great signing’ of the summer by getting him to renew.

It adds that Spurs are preparing a ‘monumental’ offer to renew the Dane’s contract.
The same report insists Tottenham are continuing to track Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos.
The 22-year-old scored three goals in La Liga last season, making only 13 starts.
