Tottenham Hotspur take on Juventus in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has told Football.London that he is happy with Son Heung-min’s contribution this season, but wouldn’t confirm his starting role against Juventus.
Days after hammering Rochdale 6-1 in the FA Cup, Spurs were back in Premier League action over the weekend, taking on Huddersfield Town at Wembley Stadium.
Pochettino’s men claimed a 2-0 win, as Son Heung-min grabbed a goal in each half to secure victory, including a fine header from Harry Kane’s pinpoint second half cross.

Now, the attention turns to Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Juventus, as Pochettino will be hoping to get through the second leg having drawn 2-2 in the first game in Turin.
Pochettino will have some selection dilemmas, and one of them revolves around the role of winger Son, who has been sensational this season with 15 goals in all competitions.
The South Korean was left on the bench for the trip to Turin last month, and was only brought on after 83 minutes as he was left out in favour of Erik Lamela.

Pochettino now faces the same quandary, with Lucas Moura also in contention for playing time as the Spurs boss must juggle his options.
Now, Pochettino has told Football.London that he is happy with Son’s contribution, and there isn’t any more he needs to do in order to clinch his starting role, other than simply be named in the team and keep up his form, as he wouldn’t confirm whether the winger will start on Wednesday night or not.
“He needs his manager to pick him,” said Pochettino. “He doesn’t have to do too much, just start for the starting eleven. I am happy with him. He is doing a fantastic job, having a very good season, scoring goals,” he added.
