Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino spoke to reporters following his side’s superb win over a resolute Crystal Palace side last night, and expressed his delight after Christian Eriksen’s superb late winner, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The Danish midfielder was excellent again for Tottenham last night, and made the difference in the 78th minute when he struck a fierce drive from 30 yards out that nestled in the bottom left hand corner.
And Pochettino discussed the 25-year-old’s wonder striker, when speaking to reporters, opening up on the reason behind his wild celebration that followed, as quoted by TottenhamHotpsur.com:
“It was a fantastic goal, ‘Golazo’ as we call it in Spain. It was amazing. In that moment there was a lot of intensity and that goal was massive. I felt free to run!”

Spurs welcome Arsenal to White Hart Lane on Sunday, in what has to be considered as one of the most eagerly anticipated North London Derbies in recent history.
And the way Tottenham have performed of late should give the players great confidence that this could very well be their year.
They have to be wary, however, because there is nothing that the Gunners would like more than to dent the Lilywhites’ title hopes on their own patch, by taking all three points with them back to the Emirates.
