Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino spoke to reporters after his side’s superb comeback against Swansea City last night, and shared the emotions he and his staff were experiencing when Son Heung-min scored the goal that put Tottenham in front, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The Lilywhites came from a goal down, and eventually ran out 3-1 winners against the Welsh outfit, keeping the pressure on league leaders Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table.
And they could cut the Blues’ lead to just four points with a win against Watford in the 12:30 kick-off on Saturday, with Antonio Conte’s men not due to start their game against Bournemouth until 17:30.
Pochettino spoke to reporters about how he was trying to find solutions to help his Spurs side get back in the game against Paul Clement’s hard-working team, and highlighted just how important the win against the Swans could prove to be, as quoted by TottenhamHotspur.com:

“It was a very tough night and a tough, tough game. We were finding different solutions, different possibilities to play and changing positions. At the end, that moment, we felt free and exploded! We needed that emotion. It was a big win for us.”
The Argentine has worked wonders during his time in charge at White Hart Lane, and has built a team truly capable of challenging for major honours.
The only question mark hanging over their head is whether or not they have the strength in depth to compete on all fronts.
And if Pochettino can address that issue in the summer, Tottenham really will be a team to fear in every competition.
