Tottenham will give Vincent Janssen a chance.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino said last week he intends to give Vincent Janssen a chance for the first team, SkySports reported.
The comments were made following the closure of the transfer window, when Spurs failed to successfully offload Janssen.
Now the striker who Tottenham spent £17 million on in 2016 will get a chance to prove himself on the pitch once again, more than 18 months since his last competitive appearance for the club.
This makes sense for Spurs, and it has logic from a business perspective too.
Janssen’s value has already hit rock bottom, to a point where Spurs would be taking a huge loss on him and have received no bids which caught their interest.

Chairman Daniel Levy will be pleased with Pochettino’s decision, as it gives Janssen a chance to increase his value.
Janssen’s inclusion back in the squad appears short term, and it is still likely he will be sold in the summer.
A good few months for Tottenham’s first team, and Levy will find it much easier to cash in on the Dutchman when the transfer window re-opens.
