Tottenham Hotspur hope to have Dele Alli back this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has told Football.London that he will learn tomorrow whether Dele Alli will be fit to face Brighton and Hove Albion.
Spurs have endured a difficult couple of weeks, as after losing 2-1 at Watford having been 1-0 up, they have been in something of a tailspin.
A 2-1 home defeat to Liverpool on Saturday was followed by losing 2-1 at Inter Milan in the Champions League on Tuesday, which again came having been 1-0 up.
Pochettino has now lost three games in a row for the first time as Tottenham boss, and the problems are mounting up for the Argentinian ahead of this weekend’s trip to Brighton and Hove Albion.
He will be hoping for a result to turn his side’s fortunes around, and he will certainly be hoping to see Alli in his team at the Amex Stadium.
Alli, 22, missed England’s international games earlier this week through a hamstring injury, and wasn’t fit enough to feature against Liverpool or Inter either.

Alli is now back in training with Spurs, and Pochettino has told Football.London that he will know tomorrow whether Alli can play, admitting that Spurs may still decide to wait on their star midfielder.
“Still we need to wait tomorrow to assess him, to see if he’ll be part of the squad,” said Pochettino. “Today was a recovery day for everyone and it’s difficult to judge today if he’s ready or not to play. Tomorrow we’ll see if he’s ready or not to be part, if it’s possible for him to help or maybe if we need to wait a few days more to involved him in the competition,” he added.
