Having triumphed 4-1 in the reverse meeting at Old Trafford a fortnight ago, Manchester United will travel to Fenerbahce in confident mood ahead of a pivotal Group A clash.
Facing the Turkish club on their own turf is a far more challenging assignment, something that United manager Jose Mourinho will be well aware of. If his side can avoid defeat they will ensure qualification to the knockout rounds remains in their own hands.

Van Persie is a man in form, having scored Fenerbahce’s consolation in the last fixture and twice in his side’s 5-0 domestic victory at the weekend. His compatriot Blind has been out of sorts of late and will need to be on his game this evening.
