Mason began his career at Plymouth Argyle, but his last club was Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Plymouth Argyle manager, Derek Adams, has revealed he has approached the former Wolverhampton Wanderers striker, Joe Mason, about a return to Home Park [Twitter: @Only1Argyle].
Wolves released Mason from his contract ahead of last week’s transfer deadline, allowing him to sign for another club outside of the window.
And speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Adams said his offer currently sits with the 27-year-old’s agent, and, if accepted, will see the player return to Plymouth on a deal that runs beyond the end of this season.

He only played 39 times for Wolves, however, scoring on seven occasions, and last appeared for the Premier League side in May 2017.
The former Republic of Ireland Under-21 international spent the first half of the campaign on loan to Plymouth’s League One rivals, Portsmouth.
Would Mason be a good addition for Plymouth?
