West Ham United midfielder Jesse Lingard has said to Stadium Astro that Declan Rice, Tomas Soucek, Vladimir Coufal and Said Benrahma are among the players who have impressed him since he arrived.
Lingard has made a wonderful start to life since joining West Ham, with the club really pushing on since his arrival.
West Ham are now fighting to claim a top four spot, with just seven games to go this season.
Lingard’s form has been a major reason behind David Moyes’ side’s success.
But when asked if any particular player had taken him by surprise since he arrived, Lingard was keen to talk up the team effort.
“I feel like everyone has quality, I couldn’t single out a certain person,” he said.
“Obviously Dec with England, Soucek and Coufal with the national teams and Said as well.
“Everyone has quality, and it’s a pleasure to play with those players week in, week out.”
For Rice’s name to crop up is no surprise, as the West Ham man is always raved about by his teammates.

Soucek and Coufal have also had superb seasons at the London Stadium, and become key parts of Moyes’ team.
Benrahma may be buoyed to be earning such praise though.
The Algerian, perhaps, hasn’t had the impact that many were hoping in his debut season, and although he has shown flashes of quality, he is yet to really establish himself as an integral pat of this West Ham side.
