Celtic have received a big, big boost in their quest to win 10 Premiership titles in a row.
It was confirmed on Tuesday that the club had re-signed Mohamed Elyounoussi on another season-long loan.
The Norway international joined Celtic last summer on the same agreement but a foot injury and an early end to the 2019-20 campaign limited his impact.
But when he was fit, the 25-year-old looked like a stunning acquisition and had scored seven goals in only 15 starts under Neil Lennon.
Having him back could be a huge advantage for the Hoops in their bid for history next season.
And here’s how Celtic fans reacted to the news:
Elyounoussi joined Southampton for £16 million but hasn’t yet scored for the Premier League side.
He looks to be a very poor signing, based on how much the former Basel star cost, but he could have a glorious future at Celtic.
If he helps Lennon’s side to the Scottish Premiership come next May then he’ll forever be remembered for that in Glasgow.
