Bayern Munich fans are urging Thiago Alcantara to stick around, after links with Liverpool.

The Independent have reported how Liverpool are very keen to sign Thiago, although they are currently unwilling to pay Bayern’s asking price.

The Spaniard is valued at around £30 million, and it seems that he could depart the Champions League finalists, as he won’t pen a new contract with them.

Thiago is apparently ready for a new challenge, with the 29-year-old keen for a move to Liverpool (Independent).

But Bayern fans have urged him to change his mind and stay with them, after his latest tweet.

Thiago helped Bayern to the Champions League final earlier this week, as he produced an excellent performance, with Hansi Flick’s side running out 3-0 winners over Lyon.

If he was brought to Liverpool he would add further creativity to Jurgen Klopp’s side’s midfield ranks, and could set the tempo of their attacking play, due to his ability in possession.

Klopp’s side dominated in the Premier League last term, but there is a feeling that Thiago’s arrival would make them an even stronger side, and he could help them continue their success.
