Liam Burt has mocked Rangers on Twitter after Celtic were crowned champions of Scotland.
The 21-year-old midfielder joined Celtic in the summer of 2019 after leaving bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers at the end of last season.
The Scotland Under-21 international is delighted with the Hoops being crowned champions of Scotland for the ninth season in a row.
Burt has also trolled his former club Rangers, with the Gers having pushed the Hoops hard in the first half of the season.
However, Steven Gerrard’s side faded away after the mid-season winter break, with the Hoops extending their lead to 13 points at the top of the Scottish Premiership table before football in Scotland was suspended due to the global health crisis.
Rangers did have a game in hand, and there were also two Old Firm derbies left to be played.

SPFL have announced that they have decided to call off the season, with Neil Lennon’s side winning the title on a points per game basis.
The SPFL have made a sensible decision, as financially clubs in Scotland would have struggled otherwise.
