According to Le10 Sport, Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang wants the club to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported by the French publication that Aubameyang is ready to sign a new contract at the Gunners, and as part of the conditions he wants the club to show ambition in the summer transfer window.

The Gabon international striker reportedly wants the North London outfit to bring in 23-year-old France international forward Dembele from Barcelona.

The 31-year-old striker and Dembele played together at German club Borussia Dortmund.

Good signing for Arsenal?

Arsenal do have a very good attacking unit, which includes France international forward Alexandre Lacazette.

However, the arrival of Dembele would make Mikel Arteta’s side better going on the attack.

The 23-year-old has had injury problems during his time at Barcelona, and the youngster has not really progressed much.

However, when fit and available, the Frenchman – whose “pace is frightening in training”, according to his Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi, as quoted in GiveMeSport – is a very good player who can only get better in the coming years.
