Leeds will play in the Premier League next season after winning automatic promotion from the Championship.
Martinez has raved about the Whites’ boss Bielsa, and the Argentine believes that Leeds “will be a surprise” in the top flight of English football.
Interestingly, the 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Elland Road this summer, with The Sun reporting in July that the West Yorkshire outfit’s boss Bielsa wants to sign the Arsenal goalkeeper.
Martinez told Marca Claro: “Nobody wants to play against that team in the Premier (League).
“They do not stop running, they are well structured. Bielsa is a great coach, he prepares each game against each rival. Leeds will be a surprise in the Premier (League).”
Premier League impact
Leeds have not been in the Premier League since 2004, and the Elland Road faithful will want the team to make an immediate impact in the division.
While it is hard to see the Whites compete for the European places next season even if they make new signings in the summer transfer window, the pressing and dynamic football that they play could surprise a few teams.

Leeds United transfer?
Martinez clearly rates his Argentine compatriot Bielsa highly and seems to have a high opinion of Leeds.
Perhaps if Arsenal are not able to assure him that he will retain his place in the starting lineup when first-choice goalkeeper Bernd Leno is back to full fitness, then he could consider a switch to Leeds.
